Maxine Gross, CEO & Founder, You Matter

Seeing a clear and urgent need to help women and their children affected by family violence in Melbourne, Maxine put her time, marketing and fundraising skills to establishing You Matter. She began her marketing career with Intrepid Travel in Australia. Moving to London, she worked as Director, New Media Marketing for Access Conferences, then as Marketing Director for McBains Cooper Property and Construction UK. On moving to Hong Kong with her family, she worked on various fundraising campaigns and online marketing businesses. Returning to Australia , Maxine put her skills towards helping those in need - managing You Matter's day to day operations and fundraising activities.
