Each of us has lived experiences that shape the sense of who we are and the way we see the world. Because we understand things from our own perspective, we're all biased.
We're often unaware of our own biases, which is why it's called unconscious bias. But drawing on our collective perspectives will make us more effective as a group.

Take action:
1. Ask members to think about their social identities and how those shape their perspectives.
2. Remind each other of your club's commitment to diversity.
