As part of the clean-up of items at Conochie Hall, I came across an old suitcase containing a "Realistic" brand amplifier, speaker and microphone: I plugged it in and it still works, although it's not really high-fidelity! I assume this was bought for the Club prior to Conochie Hall installing the professional AV and PA system we had enjoyed for many years. Do any of the Club Members with membership going back further than my 13 years have any knowledge of these items: who bought it, why and when? It seems a shame to send all this to the recyclers, so does anyone have a budding singer or guitarist as a child, grandchild or friend that would like this (semi) professional unit?
