Thank you, Brenda Innes, for organising another wonderful fellowship evening for our Club. Excellent choice of venue, with the location in Camberwell Road within half a kilometre from the Tower hotel with ample free street parking. The Celadon is a quaint little Thai restaurant with a unique artistic décor on the inside. It had a wide range of authentic Thai dishes on their menu that were reasonably priced.

 

The evening was well supported with twenty people attending, compromising of members, partners and one special guest (Rosemary Sier). Rosemary one of our gracious volunteers at our Art Show and was invited by Fabienne. It was lovely to have the company of our Associate member Councillor Hollingsworth on this evening too.

 

Although there was twenty of us, we filled 50% of the venue and brought the house down with lots of shared bottles of wine, shared plates of delicious meals, lots of laughter and interesting and lively conversations. Just the way we would strive to have these fellowship evenings, without the typical regular meeting formalities. A good indication of a great evening is when a bunch of us were the last clients to leave.
