Free educational presentations:
10:00am – Back pain: building strength, confidence & mobility
11:00am – Strength training: building health & longevity
12:00pm – Osteoporosis & bone health: protecting strength & independence
On the day, attendees can enjoy:
Clinic tours from our multi-disciplinary team
Trial Swiss-engineered machines
Body composition & blood pressure checks
