Rotary friends and friends of Rotary

Thanks to the fellowship team for a fun quiz night, it was great to enjoy the banter and see the competitive spirit amongst some members.

Club HQ Conchie Hall is currently closed for another few weeks, so the plan is to be back to dinner meeting on the 1st & 8th December, more details to follow.

Thank you to Kerry Anne, Lyndon, and the team for organising & doing the Bunnings BBQ this Saturday, it’s great we can get back out into the community and raise a few $$$

Don’t forget our Hawthorn Makers Market will be reopening on Sunday 7th November@ Hawthorn Town Hall, hopefully we can see you there

The leadership team have been planning for next Rotary year when Fabienne Nicola takes over as President, I am pleased to inform our members we have had a nomination for Treasurer from Georgie, however there is still a few club leadership opportunities available so please reach out to Murray, Fabienne or myself to get involved, the club needs members to step up, it’s the only way our club can continue the good work in our communities.

Hope you can back a winner on the Cup, that’s it from me for this week, have a good week in Rotary, let’s keep connecting & be kind to one another.
