The 2022 Camberwell Art Show has concluded, and what a success it was. As I mentioned at the TGIO meeting, I want to thank every Member (and their spouses/partners) who helped with the setup, running and bump out of the Show - we could not have done it without you.

All Members will recall that Swinburne this year had two non-negotiable conditions that we had to agree to: one was the payment of $20,000 for four $5,000 Scholarships and this has been paid; the second is the subject of this article.

The second condition is as follows: "The Rotary Club of Camberwell will use it's best endeavours to provide a minimum of five (5) introductions to organisations that may employ students for a full-time one-year Workplace Placement".

I ask that all Members who either currently work at an organisation who may need a workplace student, or knows through their network/friendship circles of such an organisation, please forward the contact details to me as soon as possible. This is an obligation equally as important as the $20K Scholarships obligation.

Your cooperation is appreciated.
