RIMERN has been busy assisting 3-4 households each week and is now getting ready to assist a large number of refugee Ukranian families in the near future. I have been bundling up household items in preparation for clients and either didn’t have or ran short of the following everyday necessities so I have made a list hoping our Club could assist with either new or used:
- Soup ladles
- Potato mashers
- Whisks
- Wooden spoons
- Pasta spoons
- Cutting boards
- Dish drainers
- Roasting pans
- Saucepans (small, medium & large but not stock pots)
- Scissors
- Queen mattress protectors
Also, if you have any you’re wanting to clear out, hamper size baskets are being collected now for Xmas parcels.
Bring any of the above to our weekly meeting and give them to me.
From there they will be given to those who finally have a roof over their head and a chance to make a home.
