John and Vijay - the way you were able to sort the various loaves of bread out for the customers, and apply serviettes was nothing short of "brilliant"
And as for the girls.... as always you stole the show, with Fabienne collecting more sauce and bread and Teresa getting the customers lining up in the correct way.
What more can I say??? Cleaning up was also to our credit as I am sure todays BBQ people would have been very pleased to have COVID clean surfaces to work on.
Our total takings were cash $1321 plus square card reader of $382.50, a total of $1703.50, minus costs $419.38 which gave us a grand total of $1283.12 --- Fabienne, your calculations to our Bunnings boy Craig were spot on at $1200.
