Dear Members,
The award below was presented to our club, which I was pleased to accept, at a ceremony attend by many other service organisations and political figures from both sides. The ideals of the Sikh Volunteer organisation “In the service of humanity” align very well with Rotary and I just love the other sentiment “Behold Human Race as One”.

The club also received another award which was presented at the Cluster Club meeting on 16th April 2024 by our current District Governor, Ron Payne. The award was accepted by Past President Fabienne Nichola as it related to the club’s contribution made in the 2022 / 2023 financial year to the Rotary Foundation “End Polio Now” cause. The club has made a similar contribution for the 2023 / 2024 year.
